Many businesses have been able to avoid paying taxes. This has cost many countries millionsof pounds of tax, which the country could have used for health, education, infrastructure and so on.

Christian Aid is joining forces with a network of NGOs across the world to call on the G20 to help poor countries trace the tax. This means they want companies to show what money they are earning and how they are spending it. This will also show how much tax they should give to the government.
