Presessional Course

Welcome!

Here I will be posting your homeworks and discussions. Remember, if you are on the presessional course you must take part.

If you are one of my old students you are more than welcome to take part in any of the discussions or simply follow and see what tips you pick up for your own English learning. I will put up videos, podcasts, newspaper articles, etc, for self-study. Also, I will have a list of useful websites. Please let me know if there is anything you  think would be useful to add.

First some basic Rules;

  • No Bad Language (in any language)
  • No threatening or unpleasant comments
  • No personal attacks of any kind. Please be respectful, even if you disagree
  • No Advertising and No Spam (this is an English learning blog)
  • Discuss only the subject in question
  • English Only (any posts in any other language will be deleted)
No doubt I will have to add to these rules.

I will allow only students I actually know in real life to join the blog and follow it. This means I am trusting you, if I allow you to join. Please remember that and stick to the rules.

That's all for now. Check the next post for this week's discussion question.

  5. Hello Kiran, about this question, in my view,the education fee should be free for everyone. There are lot of children can not study in school, what's more, lots of them may have talent in study. However, they can not get higher education with poor financial. They can not change their life in the future. It will make countries backward.
    So I think government should pay the education fees, and if a countries want to develop fast.
