 The Moneyless Man.

Mark Boyle decided last year he wouldn't spend any more money - how does he do that?

Watch the Guardian Video Interview with the Moneyless Man.

Make notes under the following headings: Who? Where? When? What?

Answer the questions plus any more information you find.
1. Write KEY WORD NOTES not full sentences.
2. write 5 sentences to summarise the points of the story. Use your key words in your sentences.

Who?

Tell me more about Mark. Describe him.

What kind of people helped Mark?

Where?

Where does the Guardian interview him?

Where does he live? Describe the place.

Where does he get food from?

When?

When did he do this?

Was it easier or more difficult in the summer or winter?

What?

How does he keep clean?

What problems does he have?

What does he think about this past year?

What has he spent money on?

What has he learnt from the experience?

How does he cook?  What food does he use? What is his opinion on supermarket food?

What was easy? How did he entertain himself?

Why?

Why does he live in a carvan?

Why did Mark do this?
